With the virus COVID-19 affecting the world, there are efforts across each country to slow the virus’ spread. These initiatives include self-isolation, mandatory quarantines, social distancing and more. For pole dancers, this means that their studio may be closed, or they might be asked to work from home.
Social isolation is difficult, and it’s a tough change for many people. Whether your have a home pole or not, it’s important to keep moving, which will not only keep you on track for your pole goals, but also keep you in healthy shape, both physically and mentally.
